Now, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will help us strengthen our brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth, both locally and internationally.
About the role
This is a hands-on role combining both operational execution and strategic thinking. You will work closely with the local team while collaborating with the global marketing function to ensure alignment and consistency across markets. After onboarding, you will gradually take ownership of selected marketing initiatives, driving them from planning to execution.
The role sits between mid and senior level — we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, proactive in identifying opportunities, and confident enough to challenge ideas when needed. At the same time, you enjoy collaboration and know how to align stakeholders around shared goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing digital marketing strategies for B2B tech services
Planning and running lead generation campaigns (inbound & outbound support)
Creating and overseeing high-quality content (LinkedIn, website, newsletters, case studies, thought leadership)
Close cooperation with sales to support pipeline growth
Planning and executing industry events, webinars, and meetups
Monitoring KPIs and marketing performance, drawing conclusions, and improving processes
Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities
Prepare regular performance reports for leadership
You will work in both English and Polish on a daily basis - internally and externally.
We meet regularly in the studio to stay connected, share perspectives, and keep the team energy strong.
Preferred skills & qualifications
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in a software house, IT company, or digital agency)
Solid understanding of the IT sector and B2B services marketing
Experience in content creation (writing, editing, storytelling) - you can turn complex tech topics into engaging narratives
Proven track record in event marketing (industry events, conferences, webinars - not only EB events)
Experience in lead generation and campaign management
Basic understanding of UX/design processes in digital products
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Excellent English skills (C1/C2 – professional level, spoken and written)
Fluent Polish (daily internal communication)

Experience working with international markets
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
SEO knowledge and experience working with content strategy
Experience managing a marketing budget
Previous cooperation with sales teams in a service-based organization
