The role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own how the Framna brand comes to life visually — especially how we present our work, our thinking, and our products to the world.
You will act as a senior creative voice for the Framna brand, setting visual direction, defining the quality bar, and making final calls on brand expression across key initiatives. This is a hands-on role with real influence, where strong judgment matters as much as strong craft.
This role is about creative concept and brand storytelling, not just production. You will define the visual ideas behind campaigns, cases, and digital experiences, ensuring our work feels engaging, distinctive, and unmistakably Framna. You will work closely with marketing, product, and developers to turn complex product thinking into clear, compelling visual narratives.

What you will do
Brand ownership
Own and evolve Framna’s visual brand across marketing and digital touchpoints. Work within our brand system — typography, color, and graphic language — while knowing when and how to push it to support new ideas, products, and stories.
Ensure everything we put into the world feels intentional, premium, and coherent — from our website to campaign assets.
Creative concept & storytelling
Define the visual concepts behind campaigns, case studies, webinars, and content. Ask the important questions early: What’s the idea? How is this different? How do we bring this to life in a way that’s engaging and clear?
Translate Framna’s product work and thinking into brand-led stories that people actually want to engage with — not consultancy decks, but compelling visual narratives.
Brand-led product storytelling
Work close to digital products and client work to create visual representations that showcase:
how products work
why they matter
how they create value
This can include case studies, landing pages, visual frameworks, and concept work that brings product design to life without being a product designer yourself.
Web & digital experiences
Design and evolve Framna’s website and digital experiences with a strong focus on clarity, storytelling, and usability. Collaborate closely with developers and other designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and high-quality execution.
Collaboration & craft
Collaborate with other designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts to bring ideas to life. You will focus on defining the creative idea, while working with others on execution, scaling, and production where needed.
Help create reusable assets and visual building blocks that strengthen our visual profile and make our work easier to communicate consistently.
You provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback, and you challenge briefs and solutions when they do not serve the brand, the product story, or the user. You are comfortable making decisions and standing behind them.
What you will bring
Solid experience in brand, marketing, web and digital design
A strong sense of visual craft and attention to detail
Experience translating complex ideas — especially product or digital work — into clear visual stories
Confidence owning creative concepts end-to-end, with the judgment to decide what matters and what does not.
Comfort working close to digital products, without needing to be a product designer
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Structured, organized working style (files, templates, handover, consistency)
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
A forward-thinking mindset: curious about new tools and comfortable using AI to enhance ideas, efficiency, and creative quality.
A portfolio that shows:
brand thinking applied to digital work
strong visual concepts
storytelling, not just assets
Nice to have
Familiarity with basic motion or animation (conceptual understanding is enough — execution can be outsourced)
Experience working with CMS platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
Experience creating digital product mockups or animated app demos.
Retouching skills and a strong eye for photography quality.
Working at Framna
This is a full-time, hybrid role. Your home base can be Copenhagen or any of our European studios. We believe great work happens where collaboration and focus meet, and you’ll have flexibility to split your time between office and remote work.
We work in English, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
