About us
We build digital products that make a difference. We are an international digital product agency partnering with ambitious brands to design and develop scalable, high-quality digital solutions. From strategy and UX to engineering and long-term product growth - we cover the full journey.
Our team combines strong technological expertise with a product mindset and a feedback-first culture. We believe the best digital products are created through close collaboration, honest communication, and continuous learning. That’s why we value ownership, transparency, and trust, giving our people real responsibility and the space to act independently. We challenge ideas, not people, support each other’s growth, and treat feedback as a tool for improvement, not evaluation.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Designer who will help us design products that truly matter, combining strong design craft with growing product thinking to support business goals in international environments.
This is a mid level hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and other Designers to create digital products that are not only visually strong but also usable and aligned with business needs.
You will take ownership of selected parts of projects, actively contribute to discovery and delivery phases, and continuously grow your strategic skills with the support of senior team members.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Contributing to product design processes from discovery to high-fidelity UI and handoff
Co-facilitating workshops (discovery, ideation, alignment sessions)
Translating business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences
Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
Collaborating closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation
Presenting your work to internal teams and to business partners
Applying and contributing to design systems
Actively participating in feedback sessions and improving your craft
Contributing to improving internal design processes
You will work in both English and Polish on a daily basis - internally and externally.
