Technical Project Lead

Are you passionate about leading impactful digital products from concept to launch? We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to join Framna in Copenhagen. In this role, you will combine technical insight with strategic thinking, helping our partners bring forward products that define industries and deliver measurable impact. If you thrive in a collaborative, non-traditional environment where product quality and user value lead the way, this role is for you.

More specifically you will be

  • Leading delivery on high-impact digital product initiatives

  • Managing cross-functional alignment across product, design, and development

  • Balancing priorities between budget, technical complexity, and design ambition

  • Identifying risks early and supporting the team in resolving blockers

  • Acting as a strategic advisor to partners, bringing clarity and insight to every phase

  • Facilitating both internal planning and partner-facing status updates

  • Encouraging a collaborative environment that values feedback, transparency, and excellence

Who you are

Are you ready to make this role your own? We believe you might feel at home with us if you have:

  • Strong experience delivering digital products in a software environment

  • A solid understanding of technical concepts (mobile development experience is a plus but not required)

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity and change

  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills and experience managing partner relationships

  • A proactive mindset—you are curious, constructive, and not afraid to challenge norms

  • The ability to balance structure with adaptability in a fast-paced context
